Just wanted to say thanks to anyone who cared to visit my page. If anyone is still paying attention, I'm taking requests for a subject of your choice to work on. You guys can suggest black and white, color, painted, watercolor, gouache, acrylic, ink or pencil, or even sculpture of any subject. The most interesting, and feasible, suggestion will be chosen by me. Thought I'd give you guys a chance to provide input on my next project. Or you guys can request a submission of a random drawing from one of my sketchbooks, based on comic book characters or whatever. Anyway, thanks for viewing, I look forward to seeing your requests. Well, another year has passed, and NYCC badges are still the hot commodity among scalpers. Missed out on the 3-Day pass, and had to buy one from an eBay scalper. After waiting months for the badge to arrive, just found out he was busted by NYCC, so no badges for him, or me. I think they should just overprint the badges. That way, scalpers will have no reason to buy out all the tickets, everybody is happy, except for the scalpers. When people see how crowded the NYCC is, they may well decide not to enter the Javits Center at all, or wait until the crowd dissipates, but at least they will have a badge, and a choice. Overcrowding may become a fire hazard, but utilizing the whole venue might alleviate that. The producers will still make a TON of money, either way. Making the CC a week long may also alleviate some of the crowd. One thing is certain: those scalpers are irritating as hell. Also, they should just set a maximum price on the reseller marketplace, or not allow them to be sold there at all. Technologically, this is very do-able.

P.S. As of Thursday, Sept. 29,  a week before the NYCC, Thursday badges are still available, so I grabbed one on the NYCC website. Hurry, and get one if you missed out!

I've got an idea for an "Untold Tales of Logan" short story. What do you guys think? Is anyone still interested in Logan? It will be an excuse to practice storytelling.

In one of my recent attempts at humor, I have offended a fellow Deviant, and would like to defend myself. I was accused of being intolerant, but nothing could be further from the truth. I guess my sense of humor was lost in translation. I am tolerant of just about every one and every thing, and I don't care about skin color, gender, religious beliefs, what have you. We are all on this plane of existence together, and we need to unite as one human race. Enough of this division. The Deviant I have offended has blocked me from even apologizing, so I felt the need to unburden myself here. 

Anyway, peace everyone. I promise to be more careful with my jokes in the future.

So, what type of art do you good people look forward to seeing on DA? Is there a particular style or subject you keep waiting so see, but no one is delivering?
